Summary of terms and conditions

Health and Safety:

We observe and adhere to all current government guidelines, keeping our customers and our staff in the safest possible working environment.

PPE is used by our employees wherever and whenever necessary.

Leaving the European Union:

Prices will be reviewed following any changes that result from the UKs exit of the EU. Any adjustments to prices and/or discounts will be advised at the earliest opportunity.

Collection of orders:

Please allow reasonable time for an order to be prepared and made ready for collection.

Walk-in collections may result in delays.

Orders can be placed by email or by telephone.

End consumer collection is prohibited.

Delivery of orders:

We offer a 48 hour delivery service for orders placed by 3pm.

Next day delivery can be arranged for orders placed by 12 noon.

Our minimum order charge for a delivery to be released is £40 net.

Deliveries by Pool365 staff will be unloaded to a safe place to the side of the vehicle.

While every attempt is made to deliver on a date and time which best suits our customer, we will not be responsible for any costs incurred following a delayed or late delivery.

Special orders, returns and non-returnable items:

Items classed as ‘special order’ are non-returnable.

In certain circumstances special orders will require full payment in advance or a deposit.

Products include but are not limited to:   one off bespoke made products, non-stock direct from manufacturer or imported products

Items for return must be in their original packaging, in saleable condition and unused.

Returned items may incur a restocking fee of 20% - this will be at our discretion.

Items classed as ‘non-returnable’ include but are not limited to:   chemicals, test pills, test strips, paints, solvents, mastics, repair putty

Pricing:

We offer a pricing structure and discounts which are applied for the calendar year, in normal conditions.

If we are forced to alter our pricing, for example, following increased manufacturing costs, we will confirm this change prior to the exchange of any affected goods.

Quotations and estimates are provided exclusive of VAT.

Payments:

Goods are supplied on the terms of Pool365 Ltd.

Opening an account endorses agreement with our terms of supply and our terms of payment.

Accepted payment methods include BACS and PayPal.
Credit and debit card payments are accepted on Pool365 premises only.

Payments from a third party are not accepted.

Ownership:

All products supplied remain the property of Pool365 Ltd until payment is received in full.

 

​

Warranty:

Our products are covered by manufacturer warranty.

Items delivered with defects or that develop a defect within 12 months of the date of supply, which have seen only proper usage, will either be repaired and returned, or replaced. This will be at our discretion.

Right to refuse sale:

We withhold the right to refuse sale.

 

​

Distribution:

We offer our services to the trade only.

We do not accept communications from end consumers.

Additional information:

Products may differ from the images shown within our price list and website.

Our contract of sale is with the pool trade customer to whom our products are sold.

Recorded CCTV is in permanent use at our warehouse and offices.

 

The use of We and Our refers to Pool365 Ltd

End consumer refers to the domestic pool owner / retail costumer

Third party refers to the end consumer, retail customer or someone other than the Pool365 customer
